PART(S) RETURN FOR REFUND INFO:

Before 15 Days:
Part(s) Returned Within 15 Days of Date of Shipment To Customer.
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 15 days from invoice date for a refund (excluding 6% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00.  A 20% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.

Between 16-30 Days:
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 16 to 30 days From Date of Shipment To Customer for a refund (excluding 10% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00.  A 30% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.

1.) Pack the Warranty Part for shipment.
2.) Include a Copy of the Packing Slip that Came with the Part.
3.) Include a Note with Your Return that has:
   a) Your Name
   b) Daytime Phone
   c) Model Number of Appliance
   d) Serial Number of Appliance
   e) Include a Check or Money Order for Return Shipping. ($9.95)
4.) Customer is Responsible for Shipping Costs To and From Us.

3.) Once the Damage Claim Process has been Started, Another Part(s) Will be Shipped to You.
