Return policy:
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 15 days from invoice date for a refund (excluding 6% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.
Electrical parts (Including Ice Makers & Water Valves) , gas parts, special order parts & Parts used in applications for purposes other than what the Mfg. Intended are Not Refundable!

Warranty Note:
We have been notified that beginning January 1st. 2006, Manufacturer's will be discontinuing their 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. This will be replaced with a 90 Day Maufacturer's Warranty. This does not affect the quality of their parts!
Water Filter/Accessories Note:
As of January 1st. 2006, Water Filters are now classified as an accessory part which means: The Manufacturer's do not accept warranty claims for Water Filters and other Accessory Parts. We cannot accept returns on Used - Installed or Opened Water Filters and accessory parts. All Other Parts come with a 90 Day Replacement Warranty Provided Thru D&D Appliance Parts.
