If You Ordered the Wrong Part:
The Fastest Way for You to Get the Correct Part:
1.) Re-Order the Correct Part.
2.) Print a copy of Your New Order Confirmation.
  PREPARE WRONG PART FOR RETURN TO US:
1.) Pack the Wrong Part for shipment.
2.) Include a copy of the Properly Filled Out RMA Form. (see above).
3.) Include a copy of Your New Order Confirmation.
4.) Our Mailing and UPS Addresses are on the RMA Form.

PART(S) RETURN FOR REFUND INFO:

Before 15 Days:
Part(s) Returned Within 15 Days of Date of Shipment To Customer.
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 15 days from invoice date for a refund (excluding 6% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00. 
A 20% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.

Between 16-30 Days:
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 16 to 30 days From Date of Shipment To Customer for a refund (excluding 10% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00. 
A 30% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.
Our Mailing and UPS Address is on the RMA Form.

Sorry, No Part(s) Returns Will Be Accepted After 30 days From Date of Shipment To Customer.

1.) Immediately Contact the Shipping Company (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS) with Your Information.
2.) Contact Us via Phone 9am-1pm Eastern Time (Have your order information on hand)
3.) Once the Damage Claim Process has been Started, Another Part(s) Will be Shipped to You.
