SHIPPING OPTIONS

We understand how time may be crucial for you to get replacement parts to repair your broken appliance. We offer Expedited and Standard shipping options to addresses within the continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers, please see below)

Standard 3-8 Days
Arrives in 3-8 business days. 85% of our Standard orders (In-Stock Items) are delivered within 2 business days. Oversize and overweight items do not qualify. Business days are Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays).
 
Faster 2-4 Days
Arrives in 2 - 4 business days. 85% of our Expedited orders (In-Stock Items) are delivered within 2 business days. Oversize and overweight items do not qualify. Business days are Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays).
 
In-Stock portion of your order will be shipped as soon as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States.

Out of stock items will be shipped when they become available (usually within 5-14 days) At No Extra Shipping Charge To You.

You will be charged only ONCE for shipping and handling, Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email from us with your tracking info when your order ships. (Check your email spam for this notification). You may also track your order by logging in to your account on our site.

Orders are shipped using UPS, USPS & FedEx. Shipping price includes shipping and handling.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
An additional shipping and handling charge may be required for oversized and overweight items, such as door panels, tubs, drums and other extremely large items. These items usually are shipped by freight. In these cases we will be contact you and offer you the choice of cancelling the order or paying the extra charge (Normally $50). You will not be charged any additional freight without your authorization.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
Orders, going to Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via UPS - FedEx or USPS.

SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO
Orders, going to Puerto Rico currently are not available through our site, special arrangements can be made. Please Email us for assistance.

APO/FPO SHIPPING
Although currently APO/FPO shipping is not available through our site, special arrangements can be made. Please Email us for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship internationally.
